If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. Account Disabling and Removal
In most cases, an individual's participation is mandatory. Thus, there is no mechanism for the user to disable or remove their account. If an individual is participating voluntarily or would otherwise like to disable or remove their account before the program is completed, please contact email@example.com. Shaws-Lawson's web administrator will contact the company Program Director whom the individual is associated with and the company Program Director will resolve the issue.
Each individual's account is removed 60 days after completion of a training program, unless otherwise required by the client company. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your company's policy differs from the standard 60 day period. You can expect a response within 72 hours.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our web site.
